Terms of Business
All banknotes (goods) are sent on 7 days approval with a Full Money Back Guarantee. All banknotes (goods) remain the property of Pam West British Notes until paid for in full. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Thank you for your business.
Minimum Order £35 in the UK

Layaway
If you see more banknotes than you can afford we are happy to hold / reserve any banknotes for you whilst you pay off. This can be monthly, weekly, etc, to suit your budget. A deposit on a banknote will ensure the item is held for you until final payment is made. We understand, as collectors ourselves, there are always banknotes just out of reach. Our layaway facility helps you, the collector, obtain scarce/valuable items for your collection.
Payment
We accept :- Cheques, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, BACs payments (details appear when at check out), Cash, PayPal - You can either click on the link and add ?% to your total bill or go on to your own Paypal account (Choose Friends & Family option to avoid charges being levied our end, (fees are your responsibility) you may be charged a small fee), Postal Orders
make payable to: British Notes or Pam West
Any charges / fees / deductions are payable by you, the client
Advice
Advice given freely. Any advice given by British Notes may be used on our website to update information for all collectors. We accept no responsibility for any advice given.
Holders / Wallets
Our Rigid wallets are now manufactured in RPET. The finish has a much higher gloss. It has no odour. RPET is 100% recyclable, considered to be the most recyclable of all plastics. RPET has a minimum 70% recycled content. All are completely transparent and perfect for Dealers stock, Auction houses and Posting.
Our Archival wallets are manufactured in pure polyester. All are completely transparent and totally inert, perfect for long term storage of your collection.
Delivery
Please allow Seven days to process an order, particularly Albums, which may go by courier. Post sent out MId-week, in normal times. For security reasons, all Post is sent from West Promotions
Postage
The website computer calculates postage for banknotes orders. Being a computer it won't calculate for all eventualities, especially for Mixed posting. Accessories, Banknote and Book postage rates can be lower if the computer comes up with an unrealistic figure, we will contact you via email.
Combined Postage on orders of Banknotes & Accessories the computer may struggle to cope so call or E Mail for postage charge.

Small Parcel £6
Recorded Envelope £6 (Insured up to £30)
Recorded Parcel £7 (Insured up to £30)
Parcels £13
Special Delivery by 1pm £9 95% sent out this method (Insured up to £500). Additional Insurance up to £1000 or £2500 used for higher value sendings
Mixed Mailings Orders of banknotes and accessories/books, we will inform you of the postage as the computer cannot cope with mixed mailings. We reserve the right to advise you of additional postage that
may be due over and above the computer calculation.
Overseas Customers
Air Mail £6
Signed For £13 (Insured up to £250 or £500)
